As is now the established pattern following European Scout Committee meetings,  we are pleased to share with you the updated Situation Assessment of the Regional Scout Plan. Again, we also include a general assessment regarding our performance on the Key Performance Indicators. Beside Circular (Circular 17/2012)  this document on Situation Assessment is available in both English and French. This overview is not an exact science but it gives a feeling of the progress that is being made.
