Interesting sessions, fantastic nature surrounding, historic place and committed facilitators: This is the 5th Academy in Kandersteg! To make sure every participant will have fun and take home a bunch of new ideas, the planning team is working very hard to make this unique event happen in two months time.

Chief Executives’ Meeting 2012 – New information


The 7th Meeting for Chief Executives, National Directors, Secretaries General or equivalent positions will be hosted hosted by rdp – Ring deutscher Pfadfinderinnen- und Pfadfinderverbände (Germany) from 13 to 14 November 2012 at andel’s Hotel, Berlin, the venue of next year’s European Guide and Scout Conference.

Round table on ICT in Scouting and Guiding


The Round Table on ICT and Membership systems will bring together National Scouting  Organisations and Membership Organisations to share best practices on ICT and  membership systems. The focus will be on presentations about defining, building and maintaining ICT systems that support the organisations in administrative tasks and in communication with their members.

UN to develop a System-Wide Action Plan on Youth

The UN is developing a System-Wide Action Plan on Youth. This will affect the way the whole UN system will work with/for youth in the coming years. Before developing this Action Plan, the UN is reaching out to youth to seek their inputs. Please take a moment to fill out the survey questionnaire
