Due to huge interest and many request to postpone the deadline to time after holidays, Planning Team of the North-South Network – Partnership Event 2013 have decided to postpone the deadline to 10th of January 2013.

Joint Circular “Toolkits on Growth and Quality”

One of the joint areas of work within the European Regions of WAGGGS and WOSM is Growth through Quality. This is an important aspect of the work of MOs and NSOs and the Regions support MOs and NSOs in different ways, with strategy, materials, motivation and encouragement. 

Model Workshop on Quality World Scout

This document contains a two-day-workshop that can be given by anyone who has a good basic knowledge about quality, e.g. from professional life. A step-by-step planning schedule facilitates the preparation of the two days. A presentation is available to support the sessions as is a list of other materials.

Policy and Guidelines Adult Training, Learning, and Development

This policy endorses the Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting Method as a means of enabling adult members to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, values and attitudes to ensure the delivery of high quality Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting educational programmes.

WAGGGS TOOL KIT on Recruitment And Retention of Membership

The concept of the Tool Kit was developed by the Europe Region of WAGGGS following the WAGGGS Forum 3, held in November 2001. It was decided to follow up this Forum with a Tool Kit that would be a practical support to Associations wishing to develop a recruitment and retention plan for their Association. Later, it was decided in conjunction with the other Regions, to develop this tool kit for use by Member Organizations around the world as the issue of declining membership is not limited to one or even two Regions.

WAGGGS Educational Programme Guidelines

This resource should supplement and extend traditional national educational programmes to fit the needs of today’s girls and young women, based on the principles of personal development.
This document is as valid for National Associations which have both male and female members as it is for those with only female members.

Evaluation of the Europe Region WAGGGS Operational Plan

In order to analyze and assess carefully the work undertaken in the past 2 years and plan the way forward, the Europe Committee WAGGGS has decided to carry on an evaluation process and contract the services of an external consultant (The Social Investment Consulting), in order to ensure an objective and neutral evaluation.
