The last full European Scout Committee meeting of the Triennium held in Geneva during the course of June. Committee considered in-depth reports of the actions to accomplish the Regional Scout Plan, updates concerning the Regional Scout Conference, Partnership Fund, Finances and Budgeting and World Level issues.

As you are all counting down to the upcoming European Scout Conference in Berlin, the Region has a little surprise for you. Since most of us say that “paper Scouting” is the least interesting type of Scouting, the Region wants to support you as much as possible in your preparation.
European Scout Foundation – Small Projects

Exciting information regarding how the European Scout Foundation will handle small projects in the immediate future. As you will be aware, the European Scout Foundation has rightly sought to support the development of Scouting in Central and Eastern Europe through the small projects initiative. This position is still vitally important, and continues to be wholeheartedly endorsed by the European Scout Committee.
