As you are all counting down to the upcoming European Scout Conference in Berlin, the Region has a little surprise for you. Since most of us say that “paper Scouting” is the least interesting type of Scouting, the Region wants to support you as much as possible in your preparation. 

You all have many interesting documents to go through, procedures to read, and opinions to form, so we’ve prepared for you a more interactive tool; a tool that introduces the concept and explains why the European Scout Conference is so relevant for the future development of the European Region, and which guides you through the most important documents that you should consider in order to properly prepare your delegation.
