CALL FOR PARTNERS – Erasmus+ Project: EU Youth Together (Regional Circular 09 2019)

The European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movemnt (WOSM) is pleased to launch a Call for Partners for a large Erasmus+ project linked to the European Jamboree 2020, for which your NSO/NSA can be a partner.

Please read carefully the description published in Regional Circular 09 2019 including the planned activities, as you will need to choose which events you would like to join as partner and send participants to. Please note that by applying to be a partner you commit your NSO to send at least one participant to the event. The funding application will be submitted at European level by the WSB Europe Support Centre, Brussels.

As the call for proposals is expected to be published by the EU institutions with short notice, a tight deadline must be followed also for the replies of the interested NSOs/NSAs. The deadline for your expressions of interest is Friday 1 March 2019.

CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS – GSAT Self-Assessment Training 2018 (Regional Circular 10 2018)

The European Scout Region’s Strengthening our Organisation Area of Operations is organising the 2nd European Regional GSAT Self-Assessment Training, which is scheduled to take place in Vienna, Austria, from 26 to 30 September 2018.

If you are …

  • on your way to change your organisation, create a new strategy or vision, and develop a new programme or another change process and need a baseline review of your NSO/NSA;
  • interested in assessing the weaknesses and strengths of your organisation/association at a national and/or regional level,
  • planning to do that yourself or with the help of somebody within your organisation,
  • and would you like to know more about the WOSM standard Global Support Assessment Tool (GSAT),

then you should not miss this event!

Deadline for submission of applications to participate in this event supported by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union is 1 September 2018.

Regional Circular 7 – [URGENT ACTION] – Call for Partners: four Erasmus+ Applications for Regional Events in 2017 & 2018

The European Scout Region of WOSM is inviting members organisations to consider becoming partners in four Erasmus+ projects in 2017 and 2018. The applications will be submitted at national level by the respective host assocaitions:

–       Management of Volunteers in Scouting (MOVIS), Spain, 7-10 December 2017
–       9th Educational Methods Forum, Romania, 31 May – 3 June 2018
–       Regional Communications Event, Estonia, 31 May – 3 June 2018
–       European Agora, Ireland, in April 2018

Please note the very short deadline: 15 April 2017!

Regional Circular 2 2016 – Call for Partners: Erasmus+ Projects for RoverNet&VentureNet and for the Academy 2016 (deadline: 26 Jan 2016)

This circular provides you with information on the next two applications for which your NSO/NSA can be partners: (a) the RoverNet&VentureNet Network Meeting and (b) the Academy 2016. Both events are scheduled to take place in autumn 2016 in Italy (RoverNet&VentureNet) and in Cyprus (Academy 2016), respectively.

To be able to be a partner in these projects, please check carefully the requirements below and follow all the steps described. The two applications will be submitted at national level by the hosting NSOs.

Please note that very tight deadline to return the duly completed mandates and/or forms: 26 January 2016. More specific information for each of the calls can be found in the circular and its annexes.
