NEWS BRIEF on European Advocacy & Funding (Regional Circular 06 2018)

This Regional Circular provides you with an overview on how Scouts in the European Scout Region are currently accessing Erasmus+ funding opportunities.

In view of the renewal of the Erasmus+ programme from 2020, the year 2018 will be key in the process of defining the future of Erasmus+. This circular therefore provides you with information on the future of this programme and how National Scout Organisations (NSOs) can join our advocacy efforts for a larger and more suitable Erasmus+ programme.

Finally, this circular introduces you to the newly established EU European Solidarity Corps programme and other European funding opportunities.

Joint Communication 11 2017 – INVITATION Guide and Scout External Representatives Meeting 2017

The 2017 WAGGGS & WOSM Network Meeting for Guide and Scout External Representatives will take place in Malta from 8-11 November 2017. This exciting event is an excellent opportunity for young people that are starting to work on advocacy or external relations within your MO/NSO to develop their knowledge and gain skills that they can apply to their work.

The deadline for applications is 1 October 2017.

[REMINDER] 8th General Assembly 2016 | World Scout Parliamentary Union

The Parliamentary Scout Union of Sweden and scouterna, the Guides and Scouts of Sweden, are hosting the 8th General Assembly of the World Scout Parliamentary Union (WSPU) in Stockholm, Sweden, at the end of this summer, from 31 August to 2 September 2016.
