As previously practiced we are pleased to present you this Annual Report of the European Scout Committee’s work covering the period July 2011 to July 2012. This report is an overview of progress being made with the implementation of the Regional Scout Planand Resolutions from the 20th European Scout Conference.

The year under review has been very busy. We have worked hard to consolidate the switch from ‘factory to consultancy’, whereby we have focussed a significant amount of our work on providing tailored support direct to NSOs/NSAs across Europe, on a wide range of developmental needs.
