Further to its Regional Circular 01 2019 and as part of the preparations for the Extra-ordinary meeting of the European Scout Conference this coming March 2019, please note that the European Scout Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) has published a list of actions Member Organisations should undertake in advance of the meeting. These are listed in Regional Circular 07 2019.

Please remember to register for the Extra-ordinary meeting. As of the time of this message, there are 11 NSOs registered. However, there is a second list of current registrations for the European Scout Symposium – which is held immediately after the Conference – indicating that 25 NSOs will be present at the Symposium AND the Extra-ordinary meeting, meaning that 14 NSOs (of the 25) have not registered for the Extra-ordinary meeting. In addition, and based on these numbers, a total of 15 NSOs appear not to have registered yet at all. To register, please use this form!
