The Eclaireuses et Eclaireurs de France (EEDF) are offering the opportunity of this making-contact seminar to any leader wanting to set up an international project with his/her unit for the year 2013. 

The making-contact seminar will take place from December 27th to December 31st 2012 in the Morbecque Scout center, in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, near Lille (access: international airport of Lille and international railway station of Lille-Europe)
