Regional Circular 2 2017 provides you with information about Agora 2017, which is scheduled to take place at the Scoutcentrum Kruithuis in Delft, The Netherlands, from 19 to 23 April 2017.

We invite up to four (4) Rovers from your NSA or NSO to live Agora 2017, this empowering, inspiring, meaningful but also fun and exciting educational experience built “for Rovers by Rovers”, with the support of the European Scout Region. We will encourage your Rover Scouts, inspire them, and equip them with the skills and supports to be actively involved upon returning home. However, the European Agora is not only about education; it is also about letting young adults explore, share, and express themselves in an international environment.

The theme for this event is “How Scouting evolves with its time”. In a society that is constantly evolving, we need to keep Scouting relevant and young people engaged. Rovers will explore different ways of bringing Scouting in tune with its time, by actively participating in the development of new ideas and projects to bring back home.
