In response to Resolution 13 approved at the 21st European Scout Conference in Berlin, the European Scout Committee and the European Regional Office would like to invite you, NSOs and NSAs, to give your input to the Policy Paper we are preparing.

Our Policy Paper will focus on European Integration and the impact on young people of the Financial Crisis. To help your contribution, we would like to concentrate our request for input to a limited set of policy items:

1. European Citizenship
2. Skills for life, recognition and promotion of volunteering
3. Global partnerships for development
4. Diversity & inclusion
5. Remove obstacles for Scouting
6. The EU beyond the crisis

You can contribute to the process by replying to the questions below, identifying practical measures and present each of them in one or two sentences.

We are looking for your inputs and innovative ideas by 30 September! Please complete the attached Annex I – Consultation Form and send it back to lgambini@scout.org within the deadline.
