If you are Chief Executive, National Director, Secretaries General or at equivalent position then you should come to 6th Meeting for Chief Executive Officers.  Don’t miss this opportunity to meet your colleagues from other organisations and share experiences, challenges, best practices and questions in unique Scouting environment at Gilwell Park, London. Meeting is hosted by The Scout Association of the United Kingdom and will take place from 16 to 17 November 2011.

The aim of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for senior staff in Associations to come together and share experiences, challenges, best practices and questions. It is not a training event. The target audience is the senior professional leadership of Associations at the level of Chief Executive or equivalent and their immediate deputies.

The meeting is “owned” by the participants who contribute to the agenda through their own experiences, identifying specific inputs and sourcing external contributors it this is thought appropriate. The motivation to participate is to meet with peers and enjoy their support in problem solving and dealing with the challenges and successes of senior management.

At the previous meeting some suggestions for the programme were:

  • data and knowledge retention and transfer
  • youth involvement and mentoring

Please complete the programme form to give us an idea of your particular interests and to indicate sessions
or topics that you would like to offer.
