Network meeting for Guide and Scout representatives in National Youth Councils 21-23 november 2008, Dublin, Ireland Joint Invitation (pdf 228 Kb) Application form (word 412 Kb)	In order to assist in the implementation of resolution Society 7 adopted at the 8th European Guide and Scout Conference the Europe Region organised a meeting in 1996 for Scouts and Guides involved in influencing Youth Policy. These Scouts and Guides worked on behalf of their organisations in a National Youth Council or represented European Guiding or Scouting in European youth structures. This first meeting was evaluated very positively and since then a similar meeting has been held annually. 2008 will see the 13th meeting.
