“Promoting Scouting and Strengthening its Public Image” is the title of the first ever Network Meeting of External Communication Commissioners in the European Region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). It stems from a need expressed by individual NSOs and from the importance of the topic of public image of Scouting as perceived by the European Scout Region.

It addresses issues of common interest to External Communication Commissioners and other people who are directly involved at the national level in supporting the public image of Scouting. The event will take place in Prague (Czech Republic), from 31 March to 3 April 2016.
