As decided during the network meeting in Copenhagen last October, Germany will host the next North-South Network meeting. It will take place at Rieneck Castle – the Scout Centre of VCP (www.burg-rieneck.de), Germany from 19th – 21st of October 2012.
The meeting will be organized by DPSG and VCP, Germany as well as PBS, Switzerland and SGdF, France. On behalf of the organizing committee it is a great pleasure to invite you to the North-South Network meeting in Rieneck, Germany.
What is the North-South Network?
Being an informal platform, the network consists of different associations of Scouts and Guides from all over Europe, who have/have had/intend to have partnership projects with other Scout and Guide Associations in
various parts of the world.
The key functions of the Network are:
- To share information on partnership projects
- To provide a forum for co-operation of European associations with similar projects and partner countries in the south.
- To share information on development education projects and educational materials
- To provide a supportive environment for individuals, from European Associations, who currently are involved in development work.
Registration
Please fill in the attached registration form and send it back to andre.joerg@vcp.de by the 28th of September 2012. The participation fee will be € 110,- and should be paid in cash at the venue. Please note that the fee does not include bed sheets (€ 5,-) and towels (€ 1,50). You can bring your own or lend them on arrival.
