The European Scout Region is organising the Communications Forum 2018 which will be held from 31 May to 3 June 2018 in Tallinn, Estonia. Representatives of NSAs and NSOs will discuss challenges, best practices, new trends and new technolgies in the field of communications and review existing and/or develop relavant strategies and structures.
